01 General Terms & Conditions

54bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 54bet and all its registered and unregistered users.

03 Bonuses & Promotions

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

54bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) with no additional currency conversion fees.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• We encourage withdrawals to be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, 54bet may request additional verification.
• Funds from fraudulent or illegal sources will not be accepted, and the associated account will be closed.

05 Prohibited Activities

54bet is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair gaming environment. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Holding two or more accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.

For any of the violations listed above, 54bet may close the account without prior notice and report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

06 Intellectual Property

All content on the 54bet platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 54bet or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

54bet's trademarks, logos, and brand names may not be used without prior written permission. Access to the platform is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

07 Limitation of Liability

54bet is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party errors. However, if any such issue results in an incomplete bet, 54bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.

54bet is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming activity. Gaming inherently involves risk, and each member is solely responsible for their own decisions and any resulting losses.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Any member may close their 54bet account at any time upon request. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Account closure requests must be submitted to the support team.

Additionally, 54bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• A court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request, as part of responsible gaming protections.

In the event of permanent account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in confirmed cases of terms violations.
